The DLYY-FLS1 Hydraulic trainer can complete following training content:
A. Hydraulic system installation and commissioning of the project:
Select hydraulic actuator device, and control components such as solenoid valve ,pressure relay and accumulator, to complete the following tasks:
1) Installation of hydraulic directional control loop;
2) Installation of hydraulic speed control loop;
3) Installation of hydraulic pressure control circuit;
4) Installation of pilot check valve locking circuit
5) Installation of pressure relay control circuit
6)Installation of accumulator pressure maintaining circuit
7) Installation and commissioning of hydraulic system.
B. Installation of electrical control circuit and PLC programming:
Combined with PLC workbench, select pressure relay and position limit switch, microswitch and
PLC module to complete following training content
1) Programming of hydraulic sequence motion control
2) Programming of position control
3) Programming of hydraulic cylinder pressure
